Why does a husky have a fluffy tail?

Like all animals, the husky is naturally adapted to nature and all its elements. All sled dogs have important skills that are necessary for survival in the snow in icy cold.

A husky can easily sleep in deep snow at temperatures as low as 40°C without freezing. To do this, it simply burrows into the snow, snuggles up and lets itself be covered in snow.

But what does its tail have to do with it? Thanks to its special properties, the husky's tail serves as thermal protection, which is also permeable to air. This is very important, otherwise the husky would not be able to breathe in its snow pit.
