In addition to the four purebred sled dogs, there are also other types of dogs that like to run like huskies. The "hounds" are probably the best known of them and are among the most original racing dogs of all. Unfortunately, these dogs once had a bad reputation because they were often mistreated by their owners and forced to perform at their best in races.

Thanks to animal protection and strict rules, dogs are no longer forced to run in Europe. They all do it out of passion and their well-being is taken care of.
