The cuddly dog
The Samoyed dog once served the people of western Siberia as sled dogs, working animals or as sheepdogs. This breed of dog was later named after the Nenets people (Samoyed).

Characteristics
The special characteristic of a Samoyed is its permanent smile on its face, which makes it so likeable. This expression, unusual for a dog, is created by the combination of the shape and position of the eyes with the corners of the lips that curve upwards in a gentle curve. Its thick fur is white, white and beige or cream-colored.

Special features
Samoyeds are the only sled dogs that can usually be kept as a house dog or family dog without any problems. But a Samoyed also needs a lot of exercise and likes to work.
